To request an exchange or store credit or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@ivymaeboutique.com
When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number & name in Subject Line
- The item(s) you wish to exchange
- What you would like in exchange & size
- Reason for return
Our team will provide instructions on how to return your item and process your exchange or store credit or refund.
To qualify for an exchange or store credit or refund:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Return must be requested within 7 days of receiving item
- Items must be returned within 14 days of accepted return.
- Final sale or promotion items may not be eligible.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
We hope you love all of your Ivy Mae Boutique purchases, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. We are happy to provide you with an exchange or store credit or refund on all items, as long as your return meets the requirements below.
Please note that discounted items or items purchased with a discount code are only eligible for an exchange or store credit.
Items must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
All returns must be sent at the customer’s cost, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. For exchanges or replacements, Ivy Mae Boutique will cover the shipping cost to send the new item to you.
Items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and unaltered — and must include all original tags.
Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept items that have makeup stains, perfume, body lotion, self-tan, or other marks.
ivymaeboutique reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with these requirements.
We are not liable for lost or damaged items in return transit. For returns outside of Australia and the USA, we recommend retaining proof of postage, using a traceable delivery service, and returning items in secure packaging. By placing an order with Ivy Mae Boutique, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, all applicable customs/import fees, and the cost of return shipping.

For customers outside of Australia, we are happy to accept returns for exchanges or store credit under the same conditions as our standard Returns & Exchanges policy.
