Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, but during sales, promotions, or new product launches, processing times may take slightly longer. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Australia Delivery
Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We use Australia Post for all domestic deliveries. Delivery times vary by service:

  • Parcel Post (Standard): typically 2–6 business days, flat rate A$13
  • Express Post: typically 1–3 business days, flat rate A$16

Same-state deliveries are often faster: 2–5 days for Parcel Post, next-day for Express Post, while interstate and regional deliveries may take longer.

All domestic orders include tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Shipping Outside Australia

Shipping times vary depending on your location, typically 7–21 business days.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Any customs, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country

We recommend using a trackable shipping address to ensure your parcel arrives safely.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@ivymaeboutique.com with your order number.

For domestic orders, we will work with the courier to locate or replace your item. For international orders, we recommend retaining proof of purchase and tracking information to assist with claims.
